A social and immersive two-day trail running weekend in the Cheviot Hills, with run technique, strength and conditioning and nutrition workshops to help build your skills and confidence for off road running.
Based at Mounthooley Bunkhouse in the remote, quiet and wild Cheviot Hills we bring you a 2-day trail running weekend. An opportunity to run off the beaten track in a new place with likeminded people. The weekend itinerary will include:
- Two days guided trail running in the Cheviot Hills with workshops on run technique by Dezeiner Fitness
- Workshop: strength and conditioning for trail running
- Workshop: Nutrition for trail runners with Thryve Nutrition
- Entertainment: Saturday night meal, drams and films by the fire
- 2 nights bunk house accommodation (shared rooms)
- Dinner on Saturday night
- Breakfast on Saturday and Sunday morning
- Workshops on run technique, strength and conditioning and nutrition
- Opportunity for individual mini consultations with Nutritional Therapist and reduced fee for booking a 90 minute personalised nutrition consultation following the weekend
- Saturday evening entertainment (outdoor films)
- Lunches, Snacks, Alcohol, individual breakfast choices
- Friday Dinner
- Transport to the venue
