My philosophy is to provide a complete health package to my clients. I therefore provide Personal Coaching along with Nutrition and Lifestyle Advice. As a DeZeiner Fitness athlete you will either be working with me purely on an online basis with training plans provided via dropbox and advice given through email, text message and phone calls. If you are local then a regular meet up may be scheduled in too.
Alternatively you will be mostly working with me on an offline basis to improve your running using video analysis and technique assessment resulting in more efficient and faster running.
Similar to the run coaching you may attend one of my swim coaching sessions which work on stroke improvement to make your swim more efficient.
