Swim Smooth: The Swim Techniques and Approach designed by Paul Newsome and Adam Young at Swim Smooth. British Triathlon have appointed Swim Smooth as Coach Education Consultants. I use the techniques described by Swim Smooth in their videos and on their website in my coaching.

The longest road: A good article on TriRadar looking at training and racing Ironman from a number of angles including the importance of the bike, the mental approach with input from Chrissie Wellington, Tim Piggott (Performance Clinic) and Kim Ingleby (Energised Performance).

Blister Prevention: Short article on blister prevention from Rebecca Rushton on Kinetic Revolution which suggest that the reasons for blisters are not the ones we generally believe they are.
